This property received a MAJOR face lift with the new landscape we built. Leaving the owners with a comfortable, ambient, enjoyable and most importantly usable space! The demolition consisted of removing and disposing of an excess amount of soil left on the property by the renovator. This removal helped with drainage issues and we also installed a drainage system. We built and leveled out a Lawn, patio and gravel areas for use and installed a walkway and beautiful driveway pad. The previous asphalt driveway was creating garage flooding issues.
